This year we would especially like to thank

Drs. Daryl McClendon and Ronald Boisen for their generous donation via the Ride for Life, of a colon screening instrument to the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center!

Funds collected for 2008 will go directly to prevent cancer. 85% of donations will fund colorectal screenings for low income and uninsured residents in Anchorage through the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center, the Providence Family Medicine Center and other Anchorage physicians who specialize in cancer screenings. 10% will be directed to rural communities in Alaska through the State of Alaska's, Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. 5% will be directed to the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
